Exhibitor Show: March 24 – 25 (25 is a 1/2 day only)
Vendor Move In: Monday, March 23 from 9-5 pm
Vendor Orientation: Tuesday, March 24 at 10:00 am
Vendor Breakdown: Wednesday, March 26 (starting at noon)
Booth Space Preference: Sponsors will be given priority booth space preference until January 15, 2026. After that date all booths will be open to all vendors and sponsors. Please make sure you list your booth space preferences.
Booth Configuration: The vendor area is 10’ X 10’ draped booth. Each booth comes with one 6’ table, two chairs, wastebasket, and booth number sign. If you are bringing a vehicle display, you will need to obtain two or more booths and be aware of the convention center exhibitor requirements regarding vehicles. This can be found at the link provided below.
*Cancellation Policy of Sponsor or Vendor participation: Before 60 Days – 100% Refund Within 60 days and before 20 Days – 50% Refund After 20 days –No Refund Cancellation initiated by the Utah Chiefs of Police Association will result in a 100% refund to all vendors and sponsors.
