Sponsorship Levels & Vendor Information

Sponsoring companies and conference vendors are greatly appreciated greatly appreciated and receive specific benefits with the Utah Chiefs of Police Association based on the amount and level of sponsorship purchased to include recognition at conferences and on the UCOPA Web site, and conference booth space priority.  For additional information on how your company can become a sponsor, please see below for details.

All Online registration must be accompanied with an online payment to be a valid registration.  If you wish to mail in your application and payment, refer to information below.  Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsors will have until January 15th to designate their booth locations.  After that date all vendor areas will be open on first come first serve basis.

*Cancellation of Sponsor or Vendor participation must be within 60 days of application or 90 days if cancellation of venue or conference is initiated by the Utah Chiefs of Police Association.

Diamond $10,000+

Priority (first come first serve) booth with premier location (may request front foyer area for booth if so desired); recognition of Diamond membership; signage and program recognition at conferences; advertisement in conference program; two banquet tickets; access to conference attendees; recognition at the annual banquet; larger space on the web site with links and rotating advertisement, two foursomes in annual golf tournament or eight persons on ATV/RV ride or split between the two with logo advertisement at the event; up to 15 minute presentation at conference business meetings.

Platinum $5,000

Priority booth (first come first serve) with premier location; recognition of Platinum membership; signage and program recognition at conferences; one banquet ticket (additional may be purchased); access to conference attendees; recognition at the annual banquet; larger space on the web site with links and rotating advertisement, two foursomes in annual golf tournament or eight persons on ATV/RV ride or split between the two with logo advertisement at the event.

Gold $3,000

Priority booth (first come first serve)  with premier location; recognition of Gold membership; signage and program recognition at conferences; one banquet ticket (additional may be purchased); larger space on the web site with links and rotating advertisement; one foursome in annual golf tournament or up to four person on ATV/RV ride with company logo advertisement at the event.

Silver $2,000

Includes booth at the annual conference; recognition of Silver membership; signage and program recognition at conferences; larger space on the web site with links.

Bronze $1,500

Includes a booth at the annual conference; recognition of Bronze membership; signage and program recognition at conferences, and standard space on the web site with links.

Golf Sponsorship $500 Per Foursome

Prominently display your organization’s logo and name at two holes of the 18 holes during the UCOPA annual scramble golf tournament.  Also includes one foursome for each $400 membership paid.

Conference Vendor Booth $600

Showcase your business by purchasing a booth and gain access to law enforcement leaders from around the State of Utah. (3 Representatives/Booth. $75 Fee for each additional attendee)

Break Sponsorship $250

Display of your organization’s logo at breaks during the annual conference.

Table $100

*Sponsorship will prominently display your company’s logo and name on a banquet table during the annual UCOPA banquet. 

Door Prize

*Sponsorship will list your name in the conference program and announce your organizations name at prize drawings.  We appreciate any size donation, including merchandise or gift certificates to be used for door prizes and other giveaways throughout the event.

Promotional Items

Items would be place in a welcome bag provided to each attendee.
